Designed by Paul Day MCIAT BSc (Hons) of PD Architecture, this striking dwelling has real kerb appeal. The dwelling also benefits from solar panels, whilst passive sustainable design measures have also been adopted. The glazed screen was designed to be shaded by the overhanging roof in the summer months when the sun is at its highest, and in the winter months, when the sun is low, the glazed screen is maximised solar gains.
