  Architectural Blog: PLANNING APPROVAL IN NEWTOWN LINFORD: We're delighted to have received the grant of planning approval for this fantastic Home Extension in Newtown Linford, Leicester . Working closely with the planning officer as well as the conservation officer, we were able to secure the approval for a two storey front and side extension set in the conservation area of Newtown Linford.  On this occasion the proposed two storey extension will create a new feature entrance, garage and two new bedrooms over.  While a single storey, timber clad, rear extensions will house a new Utility and Family Kitchen Area. Architectural Blog: Planning Approved: New Co-Op in Woodthorpe, Nottingham. We are delighted that our planning application for a new Co-Op in Woodthorpe, (near Arnold) in Nottingham has now been approved.  The planning permission for a 4,000sq.ft. Local Convenience Store, granted by Gedling Borough Council on the 27th February 2023, runs alongside one of our residential development sites and will bring a much needed provision to the local area.  Likewise, the store will also undoubtedly benefit from the passing trade on the busy through route on Arno Vale Road in Woodthorpe.  The news of the planning application had been largely welcomed by the local community, (Source: Facebook Woodthorpe Nottingham Community Group), and provides a great opportunity for the area - although there were many hoops to jump through to secure the eventual planning approval.
