  Architectural Blog: PLANNING APPROVAL IN NEWTOWN LINFORD: We're delighted to have received the grant of planning approval for this fantastic Home Extension in Newtown Linford, Leicester . Working closely with the planning officer as well as the conservation officer, we were able to secure the approval for a two storey front and side extension set in the conservation area of Newtown Linford.  On this occasion the proposed two storey extension will create a new feature entrance, garage and two new bedrooms over.  While a single storey, timber clad, rear extensions will house a new Utility and Family Kitchen Area. Meanwhile, further alteration works will provide for a Home Gymnasium, TV Room with separate Living and Dining Areas.
