Having secured the grant of planning approval from Bolsover District Council, we are delighted to see work has now begun on site by Munkbridge Homes

Designed by Paul Day MCIAT BSc (Hons) of PD Architecture, the scheme comprises of 3No. new build dormer bungalows, (each with three bedrooms).  The plots are all highly energy efficient and are designed to include Air Source Heat Pumps, underfloor heating, Waste Water Heat Recovery and oodles of insulation to keep the eventual home owners toasty warm all year round.
