PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED:
 
Planning Submission for a fantastic new Home Extension in Newtown Linford, Leicester.
 
Designed by Paul Day BSc (Hons) MCIAT of PD Architecture the project will create a new feature entrance, and garage with two bedrooms over.  A further ground floor extension to the rear will provide a new Utility Room and Open Plan Family Kitchen. The architectural design includes an oak framed feature entrance, random stone walling, slate roofing, vertical timber boarding and feature glazed screens.
