New residential development of 7 new Eco-Homes designed by leading architectural practice PD Architecture.    

A private development of comfortable, cost effective and eco-friendly environments designed by PD Architecture which exceed the regulatory timetable for the implementation of the 'Code for Sustainable Homes'

The first plots at Oak Tree Court in Tollerton, Nottingham are due to be released for sale later this month and include, Air Source Heat Pumps and Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems. Optional extra's that may be available include a Rainwater Harvesting Systems and Solar PV Panels (to be confirmed).

  24. Yes these are great builds, especially the tile work. You do not get too many new builds of that size in the UK which is a shame as they can be fun and very rewarding to work on.
