The first plots at Oak Tree Court in Tollerton, Nottingham are due to be released for sale later this month and include, Air Source Heat Pumps and Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems.   24. Yes these are great builds, especially the tile work. You do not get too many new builds of that size in the UK which is a shame as they can be fun and very rewarding to work on.
